How can I solve the PHP extension php_intl.dll error

i have the php_intl.dll error problem, I m running wamp with has apache version 2.4.9 and php version 5.5.12.

For an installation guide on windows system (you specified php_intl.dll) please check this: http://php.net/manual/en/intl.installation.php
On linux/unix PHP uses .so extensions.
