how can take backup of stats logs

What exactly is it that you want to do? Depending on the administrator settings, DA will by default keep 5 apache logs and they should be located in the users stats directory (e.g. /home/user/stats)

I want to know that whether i can take the back up of stat logs or not. Is there any options for taking back up of stat logs in direct admin

If your referring to the backup tool, as far as I know it does not backup apache statistics, only stuff in the domains directory, email and mysql databases. But you can grab them manually by downloading them from your stats directory.
