How do i create a backup email server using DA

Hi,

I want to buy a VPS to provide backup email server and DNS so if my promary server failed, i still have backup to received the email and forward to primary if goes back online.

How to setup this?

Just get the server, install exim, and configure it as a backup MX server (there should be a lot of dialog on how to do this on the exim-users list archives).

(Note that this creates a lot of problems as the backup server doesn't know if users are real or not.)

Creating slave (backup) DNS has been discussed several times on these forums.
