How do you create an individual mailing list?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I need some help with the following please.
I have a website of 130 odd members and want to send them all an email about an offer but having sent an email in bulk previously to every member, I had a couple of them get a bit peeved (understandable I suppose) about being on a bulk email list. Is it possible to send an email to every member individually, but in bulk, without having everybodys email address show up in the "To", "C.C." or "B.C.C." boxes?? :confused:
 
Well you didn't ask how to do it. You just asked if it were possible. That is a yes or no question.

Now if you want to know how to do it do you want the whole list or just the top 10?

There is plenty of software out to do what you want. This is a forum for DirectAdmin related questions. Your question had nothing to do with DirectAdmin that I can see.

First of all, if you use BCC, then NO email addresses appear in the email except for the one in the TO field (required by some mail programs). If you require one, use your own.

If you want separate email addresses in separate To fields, you'll have to buy or build software that can do it; there are lots of choices.
