Log in via SSH and reboot the server with shutdown -r now would be the best way.
If you can not log in via SSH then log in as admin to Directadmin, go to service monitor and at the bottom enter your root pass and click reboot.
*Notice* that unless you log in securly using an SSL connection you are sending your root pass as plain text over the internet. Generaly that is a bad idea.
