But it doesn't work

How to run Python in directadmin ?

Are you trying to call it via command line like below?

python test.py

Or are you trying to run/access it via a browser?

Python for web is not supported by DirectAdmin out of the box. It is however possible when using CloudLinux (with DirectAdmin): https://www.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux-os-blog/entry/production-release-of-our-client-python-selector
