How to access root of website with Direct Admin

If I am using Direct Admin, how can I get into the root? Can anyone assist me to check and see what our problem might be?

The process of logging in as root depends on the operating system your server is running, what is it running? (type uname -a)

I'm not sure what you mean by root. If you mean the server root, then you need to be the server administrator and have root shell access.

If you mean your website root, that's the default login for the site username. If it isn't in your case, then check with your hosting provider.

If you don't have ssh access to your account and you don't own the server then you need to check with your hosting provider.
