How to add cstm conf in DA FileEditor

I want to use smthg like:
http://my.host:2222/CMD_ADMIN_FILE_EDITOR?file=/usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf

But it say's

That file is not in the edit_files.txt file

What can I do to allow /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf editing in DA Panel?
