How to add DMARC DNS record to all users.

I presume you already have SPF and DKIM records for all user? Otherwise a DMARC record is of little or no use.
Next to that, be aware of some facts, for example why do you want to install them for all users.

And keep this in mind:
1.) With p=none; sp=none; it will have no effect at all for protection.
2.) Where do you going to set rua and ruf e-mails too? Or don't you?
3.) If setup correctly, so with a correct policy, you can have issues with forwarded mails.

What benefit do you expect by just having this kind of DMARC for everybody? It won't really get you a better score. For most systems having a SPF and DKIM record is already more then enough.

As for the initial question, there might be a command, but I don't know.

there have solution, Please read docs before posting thing.
You might consider reading that a bit more carefully too. ;)

It's not for DMARC but for SPF records, and it has this part in it:
If you are not using DKIM and don't mind losing all of your TXT records
I don't think @Leroy855 wants to loose all his SPF and DKIM and evt. other TXT records.

So probably that command needs some good adjustments.

I already know that, but they want a solution. so in the docs there already have many way to fix this issued..

Example, just edit some script to add TXT record.

but script need a bit programming to test before use in real production. because it could do dangerous thing than in my link post #4.

That's the issue.... it's not just edit some script, you must know what you're doing, which might not be easy for him.
I'm no scripter either so I wouldn't dare to use that too or change it myself.

So if @Mega can script, he can change things to his need. If not, the problem persists and this question will be back more in the future, I'm sure of that.
