how to Back up my emails?

Hello

I have just changed my server and my all emails are on my previous server. Can anybody tell me that is there any option of how to back up my emails from that server. I have seen the option of back up the websites but I am not sure whether they backup the emails as well.

Do i need to put the old name servers back and then save the mails on outlook or I can do it some other way.

If you just create a backup of your account, everthing normally will be backed up, including your mail, database and website.

Hi there!

I have just migrated servers and the backup which you create will actually backup everything including mails, DB and etc. So everything should be in the backup itself. If you really want to only backup mails, I am sure you can easily extract the files out that way. My backups are all around 3-5GB and they all got restored easily and very fast as well.
