How to backup users without userdata

Is there a way to make a backup within DA of all users (and user settings) without the user data (public_html folder)?

I only want to restore all user accounts on a other server without to having to backup the data of the users, who can advise if this is possible and how to do this?

You can create your own backup scripts, and backup anything you want, or you can backup user-by-user, because for user backups you can choose what you want to back up.
