How to change the initial mailbox quota

Hi,
the initial mailbox quota for new mailboxes is set to zero "0" (unlimited).
Where do I can change this?
(and yes, I know this is not hard limit.., I only wanna have my users dont mess up with diskspace when they setup their own mailaccounts, all with unlimited ..)

This can be edited in skin files.

Thank you for the hint, i found it in \marina\user\email\pop_create.html and changed it to 50, after that I restarted DA, but the new value dont show up, its still "0".
I restarted after also dovecot and exim, but no success. Does i really need to restart the server or is there another way?
