How to check RBLs work or not ?

Hi all , I followed this tut http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=142 to enable RBLs check on my server , but I'm not sure it's work or not , I still recieved spam mails sent from blacklist domains . Could you please give me some advise , thank you .

Are you using Custombuild 2.0? If yes, you can enable RBL's from within the DA admin panel under Administrator settings.
Also try to use Spamblocker 4.x which is a customized exim.conf and has several good RBL's included.
If you are still using the old 2.0 exim.conf (see top of the file) you have to make some changes yourself.
