I came accross this one:

My server based on DA only hosts the website of a company. The www entry is forwarded to my server. I cannot email the users because DA thinks it handles the email.

How do I make sure the email goes to the company's mailserver?

thanks

First you need to make sure that the user has the ability to manage their own dns. From your Admin account, go to "show all users", click on the users name, click on "Modify User name", scroll down and make sure that they are allowed access to "DNS Control" and save.

Now, login as the user from your Admin account. Click on "DNS Management" and delete the setting for the current mail server (your IP Address). Now create the new mail and IP record eg... mail 192.168.0.0 (be sure to use the currect public IP Address) and click add. Now from the users account, click MX Records, locate the ckeck box for "Local Mail Server" and remove the check mark and click save. Once the setting have been saved, you should be able to send email to those users.
