How to contact sale departament?

Hello,

i bought lifetime license, and now more then 1month i'm asking to get invoice for my company.

In January 25 asked me information to create invoice - after it they do not answering to e-mails, contact from website and so on.

Anyone have phone number to call?

I need invoice and can't get...300usd its not a small amount.

You didnt wait long enough then or the email is being blocked. Open a gmail account and then try emailing.

They may not be getting your emails or you may not be getting their replies. Try this to reach them, and be sure that you've whitelisted all email from directadmin.com to make sure you get their reply.

Only two posts and you need to change your username? Send me a PM, with the new name you'd like and a compelling explanation of why. But easier you ask me to delete your account and build another, since your only posts are on this thread; changing an account name requires an index rebuild and that took overnight the last time I did it.

The same problem when trying to connect sale departament

Can't update license file from DA server. License was lifetime. Server ip's not changed.

We try to send email to sales department with several mailboxes including Gmail, they do not answering. Live Chat is always offline. Please give the answer, what to do next. Our clients is unhappy because they not able to login in panel.
 
As pointed out in the error message, contact them by email. If you're not getting a reply, it's possible your email is getting list in your incoming spambox; be sure they're whitelisted and check your spambox, if any.

Have you tried DirectAdmin Safe Submit? I'd recommend using it to send them a link to this thread.

I checked spam folder in my mailbox - empty. Also i sent link to this thread via web form. I hope that this time they received my letter.
