how to create alias?

Hi all,

how can I create alias? I have domain mydomain.com, I've installed wordpress on mydomain.com/wordpress I would like to create an alias (i believe), when i put www.mydomain.com it will redirect me to www.mydomain.com/wordpress, but adress in the url will be www.mydomain.com ?

Is it possible?

You don't do this through DNS. You do this through your DirectAdmin control panel; it should have an entry for doing an alias.

If you continue to have problems and need our help give us your real domain name, or you probably won't get much in the way of a useful answer, since we know who owns domain.com, and it isn't you. It's Dotster.
