How to deal with ISPs blocking port 25

How do some of you dealing with this growing issue? Will the user enabling authentication help? Do you have them run on a different port? Is there anything I can do that consistently or usually works?(Don't tell me webmail:) Thanks.
 
Thanks Floyd. Worked like a charm. I'm not sure why I couldn't find what I was looking for.
