How to define "loopback-only" as a Send-Only SMTP Server on Directadmin with exim?

subject is clear

I would like to define Send-Only SMTP Server on Directadmin with Exim

in the other hand, my send email to new registered customers is not successful

that means, at all send email from server side have problem ( with installed Directadmin + exim + roundcube )

I was unable to interpret this request. I found that I had several questions and I wasn’t certain if they were all relevant:

1. What is loopback-only in this context?
2. When you say send only, what have you changed from default to facilitate this?
3. When you say email to new customers is not successful, what error is reported for this in the logs?

It’s possible that I only need the answer to #3 to be helpful, but as you mentioned the other two I’m inclined to take from it that it may be relevant.
