How to disable pro pack resource limits

Hello, I had a license with pro pack, but then I downgraded to a license that doesn't have pro pack.

When changing the license, the pro pack resource icons are gone, with resource limit fields when creating a pack.

However, when I go to create a package, it still throws an error, saying that the cpu limit of the package has exceeded the allowed limit.

In this case the only solution would be to apply the old key again, and then remove any resource limits in the packages.

Then the license downgrade will succeed because the legacy license is no longer seeing incompatible package settings.
