Dear

now we have a new problem after we changed the public ip because of changing ISP.
We have changed the license according to the instructions from directadmin from the old ip to the new ip.

the steps we take:
1. Change old ip with new ip, dns, etc in server rules on our server.
2. Changed the old ip to the new ip on the direct admin and the license update has been done
However, it's been over 24 hours and it's still not resolved making it difficult to implement an SSL certificate.
Get help so that the new IP quickly resolves and deletes the old ip data into a new ip.
Thank you for your cooperation

Check your NS values or share the real domain and IP so that we can check it for you

You are using your own Nameservers?
I dont see any ip associaties with your ns.imsolution.co.id (a record)
You have misconfigured dns values start wth fixing tem

It works from here.
But you might get mail issues if you run mail from that server, because the PTR/rDNS record is set to the domain name instead of the hostname.

Nameservers are not responding either. They are correct at the registrar now, but they are not synced yet over the whole world as intodns gives a different ip (101.225.121.83) and probably missing NS records.

Edit: Ah together with Active8.. yes seems nameserver dns records for ns1 and ns2 are missing.
