How to import DA accounts to another DA server ?

Hello,

I have a dedicated DA server in which I have about 50 accounts, I have now got a new cloud server which I can increase / decrease according to requirements.

I want to move the accounts from dedicated to cloud but the issue is that those accounts were earlier moved from a cPanel server (long time back) and I was new to DA at that time and while preparing the DA server to move accounts from cPanel server, I had set the username length to 16 chars. so when accounts were moved from cPanel to DA, the username changed to 16 chars. or so which now feels like I did a big stupidity.

I tried to move accounts from DA to cloud DA server but the username length conflict is coming now as existing accounts on cloud DA server is less and the move requires the username length to be 16 chars.

What I can do ? Any help is appreciated.

Also you can always rename DA backup file to new name you want, just after restore this backup you need to change DB name and DBusername in website configs, also of you are using absolute paths in configs - change them too.
