How to Manage Email Disk Usage

My disk usage is 99% email and is approaching half of my 1500 MB allowance. I can not figure out how to clean out old messages. The dialogue box below the list of email accounts has only three purge options: Spambox, Inbox, IMAP folders. Is there a way to empty just Trash or Sent folders?

If I understand you properly, the file manager should allow you that function. If not, then you should contact your hosting company.
