1 of our servers has over 15.000 messages logged.
I cannot login using the message system and get an error:

Hello,

I have a 967 messages long undread messages list, mostly because of the Brute-Force Attack detection feature.

How can I remove all the messages at once ?

Rmove the ticket.list file and create a new one ?

I tried to enter on data folder but say "Directory /usr/local/directadmin/data: permission denied"
