Can someone please guide me in details or paste a tutorial on how to move my emails setup from Direct Admin to Windows 2003 (IIS) based server.

Waiting in Anticipation.

I don't think anybody here is going to help you with switching from Linux to Windows. Blasphemy.

Moving the email to the Windows server is easy; you simply change the destination of your MX records and remove the "X" from the checkbox in the MX Records page of the userlevel login.

Moving the email setup including mailboxes, etc., to the Windows server is quite a bit more complex, and in that, while Floyd may be a little terse in his reply, the bottom line is that he's probably right. I doubt any of us are experienced in moving our email settings to any of the many commercial Windows email applications are available.

Your first step would be to find a commercial solution running on Windows that you like, and talk to the publisher's Sales Engineers.

Do software companies even have Sales Engineers anymore? The purpose of a Sales Engineer (sometimes called a Sales Analyst or Customer Analyst) is to help the customer figure out how to implement the software platform. My first job in computing was for what was then called National Cash Register in the late 60s, as a night shift operator, but I was soon promoted to what they called a Customer Analyst.
