how to set limit outgoing for each email

Hi all,

I use VPS with Direct Admin control panel.
Now, I have one email send spam email a lot. How can I set:
1. limit outgoing email send per day or per hour?
2. limit outgoing email send after a time (ex: 30 seconds)

I can't set for all email of a user because only 1 email have send spam email. If I set limit outgoing email send per day so all email will can't send any email.

I read a lot of threads but I can't see anything helpfull for me or something is complex to confuse me. Please help me with clearly instruction.

So now, I checked and see all spam-mail always send from 2 IPs. Where can I set so 2 IPs can't send my email?

Block the IPs with firewall then, or try to add them into /etc/virtual/bad_sender_hosts

Also you might need to enable:
- SpamAssassin http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=36
- Realtime blocklists (RBLs) with exim http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=142 (which can be enabled nowadays in directadmin on administrator settings page)

Just to note that bad_sender_hosts will not stop authenticated senders from relaying through your server; it's purpose is to stop unauthenticated spam servers from delivering to your server.
