how to temp url IP/~username in OLS ? 404 -different error

Hi All,

I have a new ubuntu server with OLS and when I restored users who previously worked on an IP/~username now we get 404 error:

404​

Not Found​

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

I've even added old_public_html_link=1 in the directadmin.conf , but to no avail.

I previously had a 406, due to mod_security,. but now I get a 404,. so there is some mapping issues.

Still looking for a solution on the 404.
If we use a hosts file to map to the site, it works fine.
So something with the temporary URL is not configured correctly.

Any pointers?

~/newusername/ not accessible

Hi, The links for ServerIP/~usrname/ have stopped working. I get Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I expect that I have messed up DNS somehow. Any ideas...

Same, ever since I switched to OLS, I am not able to access any temporary url via IP/~username. Keep getting 404.
