how to uninstall webalizer and clear all it's logs?

i'm going to use urchin for all my servers, since urchin unlimited comes free with my servers.

and after uninstall, how do i make sure DA update won't update webalizer?

I believe webalizer is required for the tally of DirectAdmin's bandwidth usage tracker so I wouldn't recommend uninstalling it. But you can configure urchin to run along side as another statistics option for your users such as the AwStats plugin.
