Httpd just stopped working - cannot restart

As the title suggests ... my HttPD service just stopped working, and I've tried to restart it through directadmin and through terminal, with no luck. It's telling me there is a syntax error in line 23 of httpd.conf, but I have no idea what it could be or how to correct it.

Please post the content of line 23 so we can see what might be wrong.

I don't see any line numbers. If I countdown from the top, do I include break lines, or only lines with content?

You an use vi or vim.
Then just do :23 and push enter then you have the correct line.

Root access is possible, but i'm almost dinner time here, you have to provide me per pm and tell me exactly which file the error is from.

To get out of vi or vim type:
esc key
and then
:q
or
:q!

No line 23 is an empty line. The Virtualhost line is line 24.
At line23 is nothing, but the closing /VirtualHost line from the statement above was missing.

When adding that another error occurs. Something is off in that httpd.conf but I don't know what, has some odd double entry's imho.
