I have this client using a HUGE mailing list with Dadamail. Well the software has a bounce manager.
I've noticed that bounced messages have a blank sender, therefore the "limit_unknown' (set at 1k) gets hit, and exim freezes the bounces as the limit is reached, and therefore the Dada's bounce manager fails.
I didn't think bounces had a blank sender?

NB. The Return-Path, SPF and DKIM are set correctly.
Can someone suggest what is going on, if not I will need to ask this client to move away.
