HUGE problem with i dont know (maybe cron)

Hi..

1st.my server when i run

echo 'action=tally&value=all' >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue
/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d
freeze..

the error.log have many

when server freeze i get cannot allocate memory.
What can cause this?

Please help..
 
You either have some bad hardware or your directadmin license is registered to another operating system then the one you are using.
 
Compiled on CentOS 4.4
Server Version 1.32.2

And i use CentOs

now for bad harware how its possible the problem comes only when the task run (now doesnt run anymore)
