I can not create more than 5 email while I have unlimited package

Hello Team,
Would you please help? I have lifetime hosting package with unlimited emails and space. However, I can not create more than five email : I get error message as follows when attempting to create a new email : Your reseller has reached the assigned limit.

Please help

The message says it all. The reseller limited your account.

This forum is intended for support to Directadmin license holders only, so admins, not hosting customers.
And this is one of the reasons, because we can't change settings of the hoster.

Please contact your hoster for support on your issue, we can't help you with that.

Your resellers just over the limits from his account.

If reseller go over limits, any child account will be get those limits too.

That meant your reseller is not "unlimited" from his account itself and it just sold to you with fake unlimited.
