I can't log in

Possibly your ISP isn't allowing secure connections to port 2222. If it's not your server, then contact your hosting company. If it is your server, then search these forums for solutions.

You can change the port, you can even set your system to login to the control panel at cp.example.com (example.com being your domain name) on standard http ports: 80 for insecure connections, 443 for secure connections.

I have used DirectAdmin for 2 weeks. Everything was ok. But suddenly something happend and since that I can't log in. Did somebody close port 2222?
My friend has the same ISP with me and he doesn't have any problems with accessing DirectAdmin.
I talked to hosting company and ISP but they can't help me.
How can I change port?

p.s. sorry my bad english

Sorry, but I don't use any Apache. I hardly know what it is. I don't know where I can find virtual_host.conf : (
Is there another way to change the way of accessing to DirectAdmin control panel?

I don't know. I thing I'm admin, because I manage my web site through the DA control panel.

My question was referring to server admin (owner of the server), it seems you are a client of shared hosting somewhere.

Please contact your hosting company to report your issue, it's not something you can solve if this is not your sever.

We need more information.

To what are you trying to login?

Are you using your username and password as sent by your hosting company?

What are you seeing on your screen after you attempt the login?
