I can't use own Windows Live™ Custom Domains mail service

I changed the MX record to"XXXX.pamx1.hotmail.com", but I can't start that service,
in my "Windows Live™ Custom Domains" manage page the MX server will display "XXXX.pamx1.hotmail.com.mydomain.com".

I m sorry my poor English. Can you help me?

Try
XXXX.pamx1.hotmail.com.


See the fullstop on the end, without it mydomain.com will always be appended to the end
