I have made a nameserver, but how do i make one so it applies to all resellers URGENT

Right, i finally created a working nameserver, but i have found it only works for the reseller i made it for. SO no other resellers can use it. I only have 5 ips, so can someone tell me how to create a nameserver that every reseller and every user on my server will be assigned and can user. Help is much appreciated.

What's stopping it from working for other resellers?

All the nameservers you create on your server are just domain names pointing to IP#s on your server, pointing to one running instance of BIND, so I can't see a problem.
