I need to change my server IP but the seller says it's not possible! Why?

If necessary, I can give you remote access via ssh, I have no problem.

In that case my answer in #4 applies. Go to https://www.directadmin.com and order an appropiate license for your needs.
You have a choice depending on the amount of domains you have to host.

Benefit of a new license directly from Directadmin is that all limits dissappear, so no MariaDB limit, no OS limit either and you have more options than with a legacy license.
Next to that, you can login and have your own license key.

They were never allowed to sell you a license seperately without a vps/server in a datacenter, so they are abusing the license.
You are not guilty as you bought in good faith and didnt know. But lucky you could use the license for that long. :)

Yes in this case (since seller does not sells servers/vps combined) that is the only option to be fully legal.
In any case if you want to use the server at home.

Another option would be if the seller would sell you a server/vps on the ip belonging to the license, but it looks like they are out of business with servers to that seems no option anymore.

Of course, I remember that the seller sold VPS several years ago and sold on his own site, but I didn't need VPS, so I bought a license and had no problems until the seller completely closed his site and said: He has withdrawn from this business. Thank you for your guidance. But I neither want nor can I buy from you directly. Because we cannot have financial transactions with other countries. We can only buy from very few domestic companies. Thank you.
 
No workaround here, it clearly illegal use outside the datacenter.
This license and other licenses in the same account will lockdown forever.

Only your choice is buying the new license.

Yes but he was not allowed to sell you an internal license seperateply. It's just illegal.

Ai that's hard then. Because there are other licenses around, almost all seperately sold licenes (except a very few, see them seldom) are illegal and a lot of them even hacked. Especially those hacked licenses are dangerous because a lot of them have backdoors.
So in your case might be best to check one of the free panels around.
