I seem to be getting alot of problems, and they are all surprise problems they all appear when I try to sign up a new client or a client has problems. Is there anyway a support tech can enter my da from the admin lvl and try to find problems before i continue on with anything.

DNS management - I have registered the DNS where the domain is registered but for some reason it says when i try top make virtual dns servers on a test reseller account it says it cannot reolve ns1.mydomainhome.net
I do not know what is going on or if I was supposed to do more setting up myself or what. This is becoming a bg problem
