I'm getting mail for a suspended domain

We have a strange problems with 1 of the domains we suspended. We only have 2 clients suspended and when mails is send to the second client, the sender get's a mail back with "mail-delivery failed" which is like it should be.

But we get the email of mails send to the other suspended domain.
So when I send a mail to [email protected] then my company's [email protected] will receive that mail.

The postmasters and root email adres is pointing to that technics email address, but why does this happen, why don't senders to this domain also get the "mail-delivery failed" messages? How can I fix this?

This is an example from the exim log of a mail send to this suspended domain. I adjusted some things with xx for security and privacy reasons.
