I'm trying to add a subdomain to the CNAME record but I do not know where to locate that record in my DirectAdmin Cpanel I need your assistance to access this record thank you in advance, and I'm awaiting your reply like yesterday

DNS records are in the DNS manager. I don't know where you are looking?
It's on user level DNS manager if you are admin or reseller or user and have access to the dns administration.

In the search box of your DirectAadmin panel, type "DNS" and "DNS Administration" will come up.

It's under "Server Manager" as an administrator and under "Account Manager" as a standard user.
