ImageMagick suPHP wont work

We have running centos 5.x and apache 2, php 5.2.13 with suPHP and install ImageMagick for the customers but ImageMagick wont work anymore with suPHP ? is there a save solutions to let it work?

With is the error? I know it is possible, because one of my customers (hosts external) has a server with suPHP and ImageMagick to.
 
The customers with typo3 cms have problems with ImageMagick.

But the server runs the last version:

ImageMagick is up to date [ Version: 6.3.6-6 ]

Some one know howto solved this problem?
 
Oke do some new test and see happy that suPHP disabled functions exec thats oke and safe np at all! but typo3 cms gallery2 etc needs exec to use ImageMagick :o i dunno if there are a safe solutions is to solved this?

I should prefer to use mod_ruid instead of mod_suPHP, we have also ImageMagick and don't have any problems.
