images not loading

Hey,

a customer of mine told me earlier this night that he's not seeing any images on Directadmin. When i login under his or any other username i see he's right.. no images/icons..
But it works perfect in my own admin/reseller/user area.

Any ideas?

This sounds reasonably impossible as DA presents the same pages and images no matter which the login domain.

What happens if you login as admin and then change to his account?

What happens if you try to download or look at the image only, from your browser?

Are you sure you guys are using the same skin and somehow the skin didn't get duplicated and you guys are using different versions?

this is quite odd.

Are you both logging in under the same url?

when you are logged in under his account that has the missing images and you view -> source in you browser what path does it say the images should loading from?
 
I now noticed not all accounts have this problem. When I want to view the image i get:
"Error: document not found"

and yes this also happens if I login as admin, then select a user and login as that user via admin area.

The other skins on this user seems to work fine, however when I change it back to the old (enhanced) skin..
 
I found the error. Those customers with the 404 images all used the dutch language packs. Looks like the dutch language pack isn't compatible with the new da version because it used to work fine before i updated..
 
You need to check with the supplier of the Dutch lanaguage pack you're using

One of us probably would have given you this answer earlier if you'd said that you were using the Dutch language pack.

And that's a lesson for all of us :) ... let's always be as specific as possible when asking questions.
