Imap bandhwidth extreame high

I got an email telling me that the bandwidth of a user was high, this user is only using email on this server.

How can I trace the problem? When I go to admin and select the user and click on details of bandwidth I get this:




I would like to know where this comes from..

Does that user have a lot of email stored in folders? If so, perhaps they added the account to one or more clients and have their client configured to store email locally, which means it will download every single email in every subscribed folder.
