Solved imapsync user error

Hi Everyone,
I am new to DA so please bear with me, I have installed Imapsync but when i goto view it as a user I get an error of view system logs and that is it? My setup is converted AlmaLinux 8 to CloudLinux 8, installed apache with nginx as a reverse proxy. Just will not launch for anyone to use.

I am not seeing anything for that specifically, I did check before. I looked in Direct Admin System Logs, and System Messages and cannot see anything relating to that. Normally it indicates where their error is or where it is logged but it is not giving any of those indications.
 
And are you sure imapsync is installed by Custombuild? Did you try to run the command in a console? Will it give any error?

OK, let's try again. What do you get if you type the command imapsync in a console as user and press enter? No need to use custombuild and try to compile, just type the command and press enter. Not as root, but just a regular user.
