My host sold his hosting service to a friend and I've tried every which way to contact the new host and he isn't responding. I cannot find the password to my FTP/Direct Admin. My host is able to reset it but It's been 8 weeks since I contacted him and no response, I tried e-mailing him, submitting a support ticket, instant messaging...nothing. All I know is the my password is 20 characters (I have it saved in my FTP Profile) but I can't access my database and it's specifically for my forum. I'm in all this mess and I don't know what to do?! Is there any way I or anyone else can do anything?!
