Inbox full on Unlimited Accounts

I like the look of Neomail, plus I can just put www.myurl.com/webmail and it brings it up. But today, I noticed that when I use NeoMail it shows that the box is full, if I use SquirrelMail it works fine.

Any ideas? - Thanks
 
I'm not sure what you mean on "unlimited" accounts. All accounts are limited by the domain owner "user" account limits, and also the reseller account limits.

Sorry .. a certain user has unlimited space for email, but I'm getting that message.
 
Unlimited email accounts are unlimited within the limits imposed by the user package and the reseller package under which the user package is created.

Right, I'm talking about - 1.1524 / unlimited. That is what the users account is set (unlimited space/usage), yet he gets that message when he uses neomail.
 
NeoMail probably has it's own configuration item somewhere.

Since NeoMail is not part of DA, shouldn't this thread be moved to the 3rd Party Software forum?

I wasn't are that it wasn't part of DA - I didn't install it manually.
