The SpamBlocker exim.conf file certainly won't interfere in any way with how SpamAssassin works, so if you're getting all email deleted if you have SpamAssassin set to delete spam, that's another problem.
I'm attaching a copy of the original DA exim.conf file to this post.
However, remember that neither DA nor I support this exim.conf file, and that it will allow all incoming email into your server, whether or not the address exists, so it will severely impact the email load on your server.
And it will impact outgoing email and fill your queues as it tries to send back spam and virus emails from forged senders to addresses not on your server.
That could cause exim to fail, and could conceivably even cause your server to crash.
Download and use at your own risk.
