install php54 - debian 10

When I try to install "php 5.4" it gives the above error. I could not install "php 5.4". What else can I do? I will install php5.4 for Debian10.

PHP versions below 5.6 aren't easy to install on Debian 9+ because the default OpenSSL version is too high for these outdated PHP versions. There's a thread about this here: https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/how-to-build-php-5-3-5-4-5-5-on-debian9-10-centos8.58672/

As far as I'm aware we haven't been able to install PHP 5.4 on a Debian 10 system using Custombuild, without errors (i.e. Curl not working).
