First of, I'm trying to install DirectAdmin on my vps running Debian 6 x86 and license was provided to me by my host. I used that to install direct admin and I chose custom package 3 (recommended). Installation was going for so long and at the end there were some errors which disappeared from screen very quick. It said I have to restart httpd manually but on doing so, I got
Code:
syntax error on line 116 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
syntax error on line 116 of /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf
could not open configuration file /etc/httpd/conf/ips.conf: No such files or directory

And also there was a error saying there is no directadmin.conf in /ur/local/directadmin .

I have to say that in this link, I was not able to install which.
It always says
Code:
E: unable to locate package which

What should I do to solve the issue?

I think you may get the solution with the help center, Re-installation is the other option to try.
