This is not really Directadmin related, so I'm also opening a ticket with Installatron, but maybe someone here has some experience with this as well.

We backed up / restored a Directadmin account with a Wordpress site installed and managed through Installatron from one server to another (php 5.6 to php 7.2). Installatron is installed on both servers. The Installatron .appdata seems to be correctly transfered. On the new server the Wordpress installation appears correctly in the plugin window, the website is working just fine, old backups are found but new backups are hanging and Wordpress updates don't seem to work anymore.

Is anything else required on the Directadmin side to make this work correctly?

Hello,

I believe WordPress updates are done over FTP? If this is the case, then Instalatron might be connecting to a wrong IP or host?

This was solved by installing the 'at' package (apt update; apt install at on Debian 9) and running upgrade & repair in the Installatron admin section.

Thanks for coming back and posting the fix.
