Hey, sorry for my english in first.
But, do you have problems to contact with sales od DA?
We have >15 licences and it is grow up but they don't repy us with invoices, support is not responsive too..

No response form directadmin too i used a second mail on another server too
We have many licenses, where we haven't got invoices.. and now what?
support da is here, but no response too.. ignoring

Have you checked your logs to make sure return email from them isn't being somehow blocked?

jlasman, yes i checked. When i send simple questions do support@, they replied me. Questions about working of sales/billing - no reply it's terrible.
