Hi,
I would like to know if there's any place on DA website where I can login and download my invoices. We usually send a message to [email protected] to request an invoice but in the past few months we didn't got an answer...
The problem is that the Romanian law force us to have an invoice for any payment we do. Not having such documents ends up with a forfeit... How can i get the invoice generated and sent to me by email after payment? As my accountant told me the receipt can't be used as invoice.

Thanks for your suggestion, but already sent with no luck. Last email was sent on 16.11.2011 with CC to all 3 email addresses on the website...

Hello,

I'm from Bulgaria and have the same problem. Someone found a solution to the problem? i already sent 5 emails from 5 different emails to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], but I don't receive response more than week.

The live chat is always offline.
